A set of 10-fold serial dilutions of linearized plasmid DNA used to generate a qPCR positive control standard curve. The plasmid contains target sequence for both the ITS1 and IGS regions of the rRNA gene complex of P. destructans (Shuey et al. and Muller et al. assays, respectively). Each dilution is 100 µL volume, enough for 50 reactions at 2 µL/reaction.
