B. dendrobatidis + B. salamandrivorans + ranavirus A set of 10-fold serial dilutions of linearized plasmid DNA used to generate a qPCR positive control standard curve. The plasmid contains target sequences for B. dendrobatidis and B. salamandrivorans (ITS-1 rDNA gene of B. dendrobatidis and 5.8sS rDNA gene of B. salamandrivorans) as well as target sequences for all extant Ranavirus qPCR assays. Additionally, the plasmid contains the target sequence for a qPCR assay for an ultra-conserved vertebrate non-coding element (EBF-3-Napolean) used to normalize qPCR scores and estimate Ranavirus load per cell (Leung, 2017). See plasmid insert diagram. Each dilution is 100 µL volume, enough for 50 reactions at 2 µL/reaction. |
A set of seven 10-fold serial dilutions of positive control plasmids for use in qPCR tests. Plasmid includes targets for B. dendrobatidis, B. salamandrivorans, and Ranavirus. 100 ul volume is enough for 50 reactions at 2 ul template each.
